Glow is a co-formulated research blend of three peptides supplied as a single lyophilized powder: GHK-Cu, a copper(II)-bound tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) first isolated from human plasma; BPC-157, a synthetic 15-amino-acid chain corresponding to a partial sequence of a protein identified in gastric juice; and TB-500, a synthetic 43-residue peptide corresponding to thymosin β4. In published preclinical and in vitro literature these peptides have individually been investigated for their roles in angiogenesis, collagen and extracellular-matrix signaling, and connective-tissue repair.
